I purchased wallpaper on June 2nd. Called 10 days later to inquire about the status of my order. Only then did I find out that it was not in stock. However, they already charged my card through PayPal. I asked to cancel the order since it was not in stock. They informed me I would see my refund 7-10 business days. I checked after this period of time, and still no refund. I corresponded via email numerous time, and also via phone calls and was told "I apologize for the inconvenience, I will let the accounting department know to expedite this". I have called or emailed every day since and still no refund.
How do companies get away with this? They are ripping people off left and right. I am so sorry I didn't check this company out prior to placing the order. The rip off reports are endless!
We aren't talking about just a few dollars here either. It was $204.00 and in today's economy everyone works hard for every dollar earned.
I just want my refund and will never deal with this company again.
I can not let this go until it has been resolved. This is unacceptable business ethics.
