On 8/17 I spent 32.66 plus tip of 20% in my order of riblets & mashed potatoes was a foreign object it was a 1/2 inch of broken plastic... Thank god I didn't swallow it!
I called the server over she got the supervisior & she apologized & gave me new potatoes...
We are a group of 10 to 20 people that eat at you restaurant in Orange city at least once a week for over 15 years... Wouldn't you think because of my patronage over the years & a possible law suit that manager should have a least picked up my tab... I have a receipt which I can send you!
I am 72 years old & don't want to stop going to your restaurant nor my group...
Your general manager Jim Kinney visited our table & asked for help with the karoke in some of your restaurants because I manage a lot of professional entertainers..
