I was unemployed and called Cyber Biz Solutions to inquire about their business. I was 'romanced' that this type of 'at home business' was the way to go during these economic times. I asked a lot of questions, and was guaranteed this was not a scam. I paid $199, lowest level, and was told I could get my money back within the 1st year, if I was not satisfied. I did everything they advised me to do to market my website without paying add'l money and after 3 months was not satisfied. (Not one hit!) I called the company and was told the return policy was AFTER the first year. I debated this with many 'owners' and their legal department??? I was put off, saying they were not giving me my money back until the year was up. I have just placed a call to the company, as my 1 year anniversay is approaching, and the 800 # is triggered to have a recording that says the "circuits are busy." I have gone to my website and it is not there and either is their website. Both website are routed to the FTC website. I cannot believe these employess can sleep at night.
