I ordered a Health Master blender from this site on 6/28/09 and was charged on my credit card on that date. I paid $9.99 for "Expedited Shipping" which, according to the website, means the product is to be delivered in 7-10 business days.
I have kept notes on every exchange I have had with their customer service department so that I could document this:

Spoke with Ivette on 0702 at number below and she says she has cancelled this order and I can expect the other one in 7 days or they will refund the extra shipping costs. I can expect this in 7 days or they will refund the extra shipping costs just call them to let them know it is late.
07/08/09
Spoke with Tatiana on 0708 and she says the 9.99 will be refunded for the shipping and the order went to ups yesterday. As soon as they get a tracking # they will send me an email.

Spoke with Quashe on 071009 he says I will be refunded the 9.99 by the 11th.

Spoke with Isabella and she says all supervisors are out to lunch. 9:05 am AZ time. Says to call back in about an hour.
Spoke with Neil 071409 he says I am not entitled to the refund refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Neil was rude.
It is now 16 days later and I have not received the product, or a refund of the $9.99 which I was promised by Ivette and Quashe of their customer service division.
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with a company from whom it is so hard, if not impossible, to get a refund?
I have tried to determine who this company really is and I have discovered it may be tvinventions.com dba Tristar Products with a website domain held by domainsbyproxy.com registered through godaddy.com.
