Complaint / Review
Consolidated Resorts
Tahiti Village, Soleil LV, LLC RIP-OFF-SCAM

I went to Las Vegas, NV in February for a vacation with my boyfriend. We have never been on a vacation together and it was our first and the most horrible vacation that I have ever been on. As soon as we entered the hotel/casino we were stopped by a group of individuals that were asking if we wanted free tickets to some Las Vegas shows. Well sure what do we have to do, first they stated that we only had to go on a tour for a maximum of two (2) hours and that we would get tickets to a show and free dinner. So we both decided that if would be a good idea to get free tickets and dinner and save some money.

Needless to say, that was the worst and most costly thing that we have ever done. First, they asked if we lived together and we don't and are mailing addresses on our licenses are not even the same so they acted like they had to pull some strings to get us even on the two (2) hour tour. Then we went and everything seemed like it was good they feed us showed us a beautiful resort and told us how much money we would save if we decided to buy a timeshare threw them and travel throughout the world with there company. We were very reluctant due to the fact that we had no extra money to give to them. Well they keep going on and wouldn't even let us leave. I told them numerous time that we could not afford a timeshare, well then they wanted to throw in 7 free getaway vacations in the package and give us free flight and hotel in Hawaii where we always wanted to go and the interest rate didn't make cause we could go home and refinance it. All lies. They even told us that they weren't going to pull our credit report and 10 minutes later walked into the room and said you have $6,000.00 available on your credit card put it on there. Then I was angry and they were going to throw in a cruise then and have 12 weeks of vacation getaways. We were beyond pressured into buying a timeshare with them and then come to find out that everything that they told us was a lie.

Number of things that they lied аbout:
*We could sell our vacation getaways and that our 12 weeks that we got we were only going to get charged $169/international and $149/U.S. (Not the case, we are paying as much as everybody else does when they go on vacation if it's not booked)
*We owned the timeshare forever. (Not the case, only 10 years and that is how much the loan is for)
*We got a 24hour travel agent to help us with out vacation planning
*Tons of hidden fees that they never told us about that keep popping up.
*We would be able to resell for much more then we bought it for (Not true it's pretty much worthless, I can't even find a bank to refinance it)
*That there was no third-party that we had to go through to get out 12 vacations, not true again we have to call Interval and they are not even affiliated.

Tons more lies and it frankly makes me want to cry. We have lost tons of money that we don't have and were taken advantage of. Horrible people and anyone out there who wants to do a class action law suit, I am willing and able. I want to go all over the news and broadcast this out.
