I had a problem with this guy awhile back and failed to follow through with the contract and I got stiffed. Also he screwed the owner at the 3440 Walnut Ave SW, Seattle 98116 when he built the house in some property dispute and didn't pay. Shawn Roten is a another example of a Scum Bag Builder. Now he wears a shirt and tie. He will take your money and run!
