If you are in search of a job, CR England IS NOT the company to work for. I worked for CR England for 9 months under their dedicated DHL contract. When DHL closed so did any chances of making money. I was placed on another dedicated route where I slipped a disc in my back, while in the back of a trailer off loading, not knowing England would decline paying Workers Comp. I am now stuck with all medical bills.
When released from medical care I returned to England with an option of either teaming or leasing. Needless to say both options were career suicide. I waited 6 weeks waiting for a lease truck in Burns Harbor, IN, they promised to pay $25 per business day while waiting for a truck, and after the wait that was a lie. They assign you a DM who gives just enough miles to cover your overhead leaving you with in the rears trying to play catch up.
I requested a new DM, just to find out the one assigned to me was / is married to one of the Big Wigs. After several attempts to get out of the rears (negative paycheck) I gave a three weeks notice of resigning. I returned the lease truck to the place of contract signing (Burns Harbor, IN) as agreed.
Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing (CR England) gave me a receipt of truck return stating truck was in same condition as it was when leased to me. They have now placed a permanent mark on my DAC (USIS) report stating abandonment. You know what that means your CDL is now of no use to anyone / RUINED
