Recently after reviewing my bills and figuring out what i actually had, i decided to do the right thing and cut back on some services so i could pay my bill at the end of the month.
First call July 21
So i called AT&T customer serive and explained that well i can't afford my 183.24 bill every month and is there a way to reduce it or something to lower it. Maybe discontinue something till i can afford to pay that much.

I have to say the man seemed pretty nice on the phone and i thought things were moving right along to where i needed them to be. Was going to put me on the 99.00 a month plan for tv, phone and internet. I do remember him talking about phones and me telling him no i don't need any phones i have phones i don't use now. I thought that was the end of it, oh no it wasn't they sent me a package with 3 phones in it, with the sheet at the bottom of the box that says i agree to pay 159.00 for the phone. So i amde my son call them back and ask why they sent them and was it part of the package to reduce my bill to 99.00 a month after 6 months of 117.00. They sent a label and we sent it back after she asssured my son no it wasn't, she said no problem i will take it off now and your bill will only be 99.00 a month.
Got my new bill for August for 168.31 for some reason it just doesn't make sense to me. Doesn't look like 99.00 to me so i call AT&T again and ask, and explain why i'm calling and explain not once but 4 times before they transfer the call to Dish Network customer service because i figured it would be better to cancel if i can't afford their 57.03 monthly charge. So i ask why is it 57.03 a month anyway and can i downgrade or discontinue it,, and she says no you signed a contract. What contract she is talking about the only thing i signed was a work order to install dish network. That further more if i cancel i will pay, it was either 10.51 or 12.51 a month every month till the contract runs out. So i asked so their is nothing you can do for me im stuck. She cheerfully answer thats right either way you will pay ok good bye. Dish network you are really overpaying this women in customer service, and more power to you for it.

So i called AT&T back, First off i need to say i am sorry i gave the the last girl i talked to such a hard time, she works their and i was upset, with Dish but i wanted to get everything done at one time. I suppose trying to get her to admit the first guy and the woman we called to take the phones back both out and out lied to me and my son on the phone was unreasonable, but i don't really care at this point.

When i write checks or tranfer money to pay things i can't tell the bank 99.00 and expect them to eat the other 89.31.
This is my last complaint on this, on my new bill which i actually looked at for way to many hours, its a charge for 9.95 for a service order change? Whats that mean and why am i being billed for it. You can't possibly be charging me 9.95 for lowering my bill by 14.93 can you.

You have fallen off my good business list. Your like that old lady i have fallen and can't get up.

Dish Network their is no excuse for you, your treat your customers badly and act like thugs on the phone.
