Sundy makes consistent threat after threat to shut us up. Lie after lie when we have proof things have happen including license plates and documented time of disturbances. We've tried to play nice, but we've had enough of her threats. She is consistently on the defense and extremely hard to do business with. Nice at first, but once you sign the contract it's like you have just handed over your life and she pulls the strings. When she says jump-you better ask how high... Or she'll call the cops on you, perhaps sue you. About every other sentence is a small jab to belittle you and try to scare you into thinking she is doing you a favor. This is advertised as a home tending service with model furniture and professional tenders to help sell your home. We expected this service but got the opposite.
Beware and read the contract over with your attorney before signing. We would hate to see this happen to the next person in dire straights to sell their home.
