This report is corcerning retesting that was mandated by the Tennessee Department of Safety advising that I have not been properly tested for issuance of a commercial driver's license (CDL) and my CDL will be cancelled. I was trained and attended SWIFT Professional Driving Academy and completed the course. My CDL are cancel and SWIFT is still want to collect on my student loan.
