Would not accept 8k to settle bank of america toxic asset... Fighting over $200.00

Tried to settle a debt from bank of america, offering glasser and glasser 8k instead of 8200. They could not give me an answer saying they had to contact bank of america... My apologies to bank of america shareholders!
