Good morning,

I appreciate your response and your actions to rectify the problem we had
with the flowers. The new arrangement is beautiful and was much more of
what I expected.

Problems arise in any and all industries, however, it is the way an
organization deals with the problems that sets them apart from their
competition and I am pleased to say your organization did a fabulous job
resolving the problem.
