They sent me the wrong ring and when I got my RMA#, I was assured the correct one would be sent immediately. 2 weeks later, nothing. 3 weeks then a phone call saying it was no longer available and would send a refund. I have called an enormous number of times and CS says they will put in a refund request. I have now become "friends" with CS girls and I am calling daily to get my refund. They told me there was a large list of people who call DAILY requesting a refund. Today I have called Dish Network and filed a complaint with them about AVC, channel 221. I suggest everyone waiting on a refund call their service provider and make a complaint. Dish was VERY interested in the business practices of AVC and Mr. Walter Vargas, Executive Dir. With Dish told me he would make sure upper people in Dish knew about this. I think AVC has in effect committed mail fraud by keeping our money and the other shady dealings. Lets take a stand against this sort of business. Marvin Pierschbacher is a true con artist and should be removed from the air. He was good on Gem Shopping Network but that is because of Frank and maybe that is why he left there.
