I ordered from AVC in March and followed all the instructions to return the items (which I didn't like) within the time allowed.
I have called a number of times, written a letter requesting my refund. I have been told its in the process, we'll expedite it with the accounting department etc. Etc.
My last call was July 2 and they transferred me to the "supervisor"
who "happened" to be away from her desk! I was assured they would return my call... Still waiting!
To be sure, I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know that as far as I'm concerned they are crooks.
Also, being in another state, I don't even know what recourse I have to collect my money! Any suggestions??
