My air conditioning unit went out on us in June'. I called my home warranty company who dispatched Citywide Heating and Cooling to my home. It took over 1 month (with temperatures of over 90' everyday) before my unit was replaced. The company NEVER answers the phones.
I took over a week off of work in June, waiting for the a/c guy to come over, and on several occasions he never showed up. When he did, he stated the office never put in the request for him to come. This is the same office who told me which day, and time I should be at my house to wait for him.
It is now November'. The weather has started to get a bit chilly. I tried to turn on my heater 2 weeks ago, And it doesn't WORK! This is a brand new unit. The company stated I had a 10 year warranty on it. But since they will not answer their phones, or return phone calls, it and this company is WORTHLESS!!!
