I'm mad as hell and i'm not gonna take it anymore! Chicago

They took 19.95 from my bank acct 6 different times - the phone number is a JOKE!!! I don;t know what to do to get my $ back - my bank is not listening to me at all!
Scam - scam - scam - scam - scam!!!
