Never used the privacy matters website. However according to the Privacy Matters CSR I got signed up for their service when I used a totally unrelated website. Got two months worth of billing at 19.95/m before I caught the scam. CSR refused to refund the bogus billing amount. Never signed up for Privacy Matters. Never wanted service. Don't even know what the service does.
