Company uses bait and switch and claims a contract is entered into and makes it difficult to cancel membership which is reportedly ties you a binding contract.
I tried to cancel via web, then called the phone number to cancel. The message prompts make you go through about 20 minutes worth of transfers and then it just tells you a letter must be signed.in the initial phases of listening to the telemarketers. You are told that you can cancel at any time. You are also told you can cancel and get your money back. It is not clear that you can not get your money back if you wait longer than the 30 day trial period.
Their name is almost disquised on your credit card statements and they also are quick to charge you for other services you did not realize were extra. I paid about $330 before I finally realized I was still being charged. I finally sent in a letter and they have been sending collection agencies to me ever since. I had to cancel the credit card they were charging to in order to stop payments.
I never received anything of service and did not sign any contract. I've been pursued for about 2 years to pay an additional 79 dollars worth of charges they claim is legal per state of california laws. They are a worthless con agency and make their money leading one astray. Are there any class action law suits against this company???
