*Grembowicz is a professional con man.
*Grembowicz is the best crimal career thief I have ever met.
*Grembowicz is a liar.
He says he tries to make good with all of us on this board-why are we being difficult???!!! (. Us. The victims). And poor old Bill is so misunderstood. And poor old Bill cant fathom why all of us ignorant consumers come to this board and attack him before even picking up a phone or shooting him an email.
Grembowicz is so wonderful a liar while he's stealing from you... You think he'd be a better liar here on this web forum. But funny how here, he seems frazzled and amatuerish. Here he seems like one of his VICTIMS, begging people to call and email and gosh darn it just respond to him!
How many different numbers have we all dialed to no avail.
How many of those emails got through?
How many registered letters were accepted by him?
How many many many times have we tried to contact this BILL GREMBOWICZ
How many of us thought there MUST be some mistake?
How many of us honest business folk have been made to feel ashamed and humiliated by this man?
Bill strolled into our auto bodyshop @ Orlando Dodge representing Resort Marketing
Inquired if we would be interested in buying discount hotel packages for business travel.
He claims to be sponsored by POPULAR Hotel Chains seeking more business during slow seasons.
Normally we do not purchase goods from soliciters, unless it is for charity.
This afternoon however, a man named Bill Grembowicz looked us straight in the eyes, shook our hands, gave his "word" and professed himself an honorable man... Then proceeded to rob us.
*Bill Grembowicz shows up with his very professional-looking brochure and certificates. Our company bought 3 vouchers.
4 days later I called the number to verify the certificate.
I got a voice mail message, so I called a second number that he had given me-HIS CELL PHONE. Same thing.
I emailed.
I mailed off a certificate for reservations.
I called ALL the resort/hotels in his brochure-NONE of them knew Grembowicz or had heard of RESORTMARKETING
That's when I got on-line to find out about the company.
When nothing specific came up, I entered the name Bill Grembowicz, and the FRAUD flags started flying!!!
We reported the guy to the cops and filed a report
We are also notifying all of the marketing and legal departments of the hotel chains whose names were used so that they will be aware of what this guy is doing. We do this repeatedly and also have been working with the Florida Attorney Generals office on the newly revised florida statuets concerning fraud in Business to Business Scams
These scams target business owners with offers of fraudulent opportunities.
The Attorney General's Office is an enforcing authority of Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, which is meant to protect individual consumers and legitimate businesses from various types of illegal conduct in trade or commerce.
