Really POOR customer support!!! I thought I had been receiving aid from wise, specialized people, but I had been incorrect given that they attempted to cheat me. They attempted to market me a cut up container of headphones for that selling price of $99.99. After speaking with them for pretty much an hour or so, I nearly chose to purchase the headphones, but I requested to check on if all the components were within the container. We searched inside and there is earwax about the headphones with hair within the left earbud and also the charger in addition to the vehicle adapter were lacking. I thought great that I examined and thought like I had been being robbed. They served as though they'd no idea. I'm never going there again. I'm like Costco has method better support than Cookis!
