On may 31st of 2008 I singed a contract with Timesharerescue for $1800 to take my timeshare out of my name and take away any future responsibility of ownership away from me. Timesharerescue said it could take up to 120 days to complete the agreement.
It has been over a year now and they wont accept my e-mails or phone calls. I have sent them e-mails and all I ever get is an autoresponder saying someone will contact me. I think I have been taken for $1800 and would like to warn other people about this scam. They even state they are in good standing with the local BBB. Ihave received notices on my fees for 2009 to which my contract says to fax them a copy and they till take care of them.
I just received a notce for the third time on june 22 that Imust pay the fees by june 30th or be turned over to a collection agency.
