This deduction have been coming out of my account or years now and i dont know how to stop it

I never signed up for this TLG live well service to be deducted from my bank account and i dont have no address to their location so i can stop it i would like all of my money refunded to me because i never used their service and i dont even what services they provide. Please help thank you.
