Dennis ward new state attorney for monroe county is just as bad as the prior state attorney whom he took over his position. Dennis ward is very incompitent for this position and supports local criminals in key west.

Recently a south florida retiredpolice official which was in dennis wards own back yard decide to investigate the crimes against my family which wards office refuse to prosecute.

Here is his findings along with his partners findings, remember both retired police officials were from dennis wards back yard when he served on the police force in miami...

"This case is being presented on behalf of Robert and Laura K / "Reef Snorkeling Adventures, Inc". And Captain Kevin Mc of "Amelia River Cruises and Cumberland Sound Ferry Services", who have been victimized on multiple levels as a result of the failures of Florida Law Enforcement Officials, Private Citizens, Private Attorneys, The State of Florida Legal System and The United States Federal Legal System, some of whom have systematically engaged in what appears to be inattention to facts, ineptness, illegal acts, neglect, official misconduct, cover up and outright deceit. The facts are as follows: "

This clearly explains what incompetent people we are dealing with here.

Besides this captain richard block of the national mariners association has also followed this for several years.in a recent letter to state attorney ward he says it clearly...

"Dear Mr. Ward,
My name is Richard A. Block and I am Secretary of the National Mariners Association.
I was contacted several years ago by Mr. K who reported his documented small passenger vessel was stolen, damaged, and sold without his permission in Monroe County, Florida. Our Association, which speaks on behalf of about 126,000 "lower-level" mariners throughout the United States who operate vessels like Mr. K's. We became interested in his case and carried an article in our Newsletter in March (attached). We also reported this case to investigators from the Department of Homeland Security and saw to it that Robert reported it to the Seventh Coast Guard District in Miami, FL.

Since then, I have been in constant touch with Mr. K and find it incomprehensible that after the number of public officials that he has contacted in every conceivable branch of State government, that the State of Florida and/or its political sub-divisions appear to be incapable of bringing this matter to a successful conclusion."

Very Truly Yours,
Richard A. Block

Incapable - is the key word here. Again two retired hig ranking officers from dennis wards own back yard reviewed all facts, interviewed several people and with no question confirm not only was a crime committed here but officials who were sworn to protect havent done a thing...
