One year ago I made a contractual agreement with Aspen Dental to do a set of implants on my lower denture. I paid the bill in full. I made an appointmemt for the middle of June to do the work. A day before the work was to be done I called to confirm my appointment. The office manager said she forgot to inform me that the Dr. Doing the work was in Korea for a month. After numerous calls to the Aspen Dental hotline I am still no farther along than when I started two weeks ago. I guess their commercial "When I see you smile'" is another fancy advertising slogan! I guess when it comes to real service some companies can't perform up to standards. At least this one doesn't for me. Be careful what you sign it could cost you over $4,500.00 A little add on to this I had scheduled this appointment at that time because I had surgery planned at the V.A. Clinic. My advise stick with a good reputable local dentist who is there when you need them.
