First They send you an unwanted text messages with false advertisement (rates that dont exsist). To get you in the door. Then they prolong your process with them, so you dont go to other companies. Then they raise your rate, and closing cost at the end. Putting you in a worse situation then when you started. And leaving most customer with no choise but to do business with them cause it either lose there home or pay a high rate. The answer obvious on what custoemr choice and its WRONG and ILLEGAL!!
