This is my 3rd time being rip-off by t-mobile free flights. I tried all day yesterday 6-17-09 and the lines were always busy. My son also tried all day. At one time I was left on hold for 48 minutes. I have called T-mbile 2 times yesterday and today about this and they just gfave me a number like the same on which now reads a message. I also have the free flights for 2008 and I am fed up with t-mobile, they will not let me out of my 2 year contracts without paying. This is so unfair after being with a company pay my bills on time and have this wasted time. I hope other people feel the same way about hte t-mobile and their flight programs. I hope t-mobile never does this program again!!!
