I purchased a dash mat online in April the company immediately took the money out of my account. It is now June 17 and as of yet I have not received my item. I have calling for the last 5 weeks requesting the status of the order and never get a straight answer. I always get told that I will received my item by the end of the week. Everytime I call get placed on hold for several minutes request information on the staus of the order and then they reps. Will inform me that they will walk the order over to the manager to get it out to me ASAP. And I should receive and email and or the order by the end of the week everytime no matter what day of the week it may be that I call in. Last couple of times I have requested to speak with supervisors and I always get transferred over to a voicemail and or the call get mistakely dropped. I'll try to call back and then surprisely no one will answer.
As we all know this is not a good way to conduct business nor to treat your customers. All this company knows what to do is LIE. This company should be reported to the BBB so they can stop scamming honest customers.
