I Pay my bill off every month, last month I was 2 days late, because of being out of town helping a sick family member. Received bill today with a $29.00 late fee and $1.04 Finance charge= $30.04 for being two days late. I Called in day I received the bill in mail, the call center is off shore (which I hate taking jobs away from the people her) The Guy didn't care I spoke to. His attitude sucks. I wanted to speak to his boss, he would not connect me, just did't answer me great consumer service from? I said cancel the card and I will not pay BLACKMAIL Charges because you say so. They are charging me 27% on the bill I paid for $114.00. Watch this company Chase Bank-Visa.
