I wish I had read some of these complaints before ordering the Kymaro products. I received the items today and want to return them for an exchange but when I read a complimentary exchange I assumed that I could return it free of charge and with a postage paid return address label. Definitely not the case... You have to return it via your money which is an added cost. I went to the USPS web and found out what a package would cost... My two items which were about a 5x7 package could have been put in a much smaller box. The cost of the 11 x 13 box they sent me was overkill. Otherwise the it would have been about $5.00 according to the postal service for priority mail. And don't forget priority mail doesn't mean a thing to these people. It took a week for my item to be shipped.!!! You know what... I'm just going to return the two items and see about a refund... From what I hear that's probably not going to happen&DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES... This is not a user friendly company... With the hard times we ensue i would assume any company would want to strive to ensure customer satisfaction!!!
