What a horrid experience. I ordered the Bender Ball through the 800 number and received a bill for $52.59. When I went to return the items (I paid for return shipment via USPS Priority Mail - total cost $5.00), I was charged $24.62 for shipping (one way). I talked with customer service and there was nothing that could be done to correct or reduce that cost (even though the shipping warehouse and my location are less than 40 miles apart and the items were sent parcel delivery).
This company is a rip off, and people should be warned about doing business with them.
