Deceptive Advertising

Saw this product advertised on my MSN Home Page (MSNBC) and because it was featured there, I gave it credibility it certainly does not warrant! I cancelled the product upon receipt because it contained "fine-line" disclosures that my credit card would be billed $78.93 MONTHLY if I kept the "Free Trial" product shipment. However, by the time I called, within the 10 days 'free trial' period alowed, it was too late.

My credit card was indeed debited for $78.93, much to my dismay! I called their Customer Service line, only to encounter a representative (most likely from India or Pakistan, based on his accent) who could barely speak English, and was incredibly difficult to understand. I firmly insisted on cancelling my order, to which he offered me a succession of "Discount Offers" to entice me to stay on with the product. His last offer was an 80% discount renewal rate, which I declined, and continued to press for my cancellation confirmation.

Finally got a #, but God Knows if that is the end of it all...?! We shall see... I probably need to talk to my bank and have the credit card cancelled and reissued instead. What a Pain! And SHAME on MSN for allowing such scams to advertise on their website! That's the worst of all this & the credibility they lent to this theivery!
