I just got the ENTIRE scoop on the concrete pumping company called Sunrise Concrete Pump Rental. Owner is Zhibing and his translator (sidekick) Jane Zhou. Let me give you guys FULL details on how PATHETIC this company is. #1 Nyl Medina who was a former co worker there quit so when expecting her last paycheck she came to realize that the owner Zhibin Su stole her paycheck and pretended as if she owed him the money back. He attempted to keep the money but Nyl Medina was VERY smart and filed a complaint with DLLR and DLLR sent a notice through the mail where the owner Zhibing Su was forced to give the money back or he will be summons to court. #2 Markel Peterson who was an Operator was fired by the owner Zhibing Su for not doing the owner personal errans for him such as oil changes, vehicle registration, etc. When DLLR called when he filed unemployment, the owner Zhibing Su tried to get former co worker Lashawn Minter to interfer with him recieving unemployment by lying stating he was always late for work and a couple other things. Taken that Lashawn Minter (former co-worker) was trustworthy she did not lie to DLLR and Markel Peterson was granted his unemployment. He also stated to Lashawn Minter and William Pastor several times that he hates black people and that they are not dependable and not hardworking. Lashawn Minter who was african american was VERY blown away by this but still maintained her job the best way possible. #3 There was a co-worker by the name William Pastor who was employed as a sales guy. During the first couple months of Mr. Pastors employment the "SNAKE" Zhibing Su was interviewing people behind his back and informing co-workers to keep it a secret. Mr. Pastor was a VERY hardowkring sales person but the owner Zhibing Su was NEVER satisfied. Zhibing Su at one point tried to cut Mr. Pastor pay and have him on commission and ask for ALL business cards back. What PATHETIC people Zhibing Su and Jane Zhou are. He could never make ANY business decisions alone. He needed the B*tch Jane Zhou to interfer and make all the decisions. She is the reason why there is such a high turnover and the companies name is ruined. She can barely speak english so im not sure why she is a translator. Her husband was divorcing her dumb ass and I see why and she got a bad ass son Pum Pum or some dumb as* name who looks retarded. #4 The owner Zhibing Su even had Lashawn Minter (a former co-worker run and ILLEGAL background check on Markel Peterson and William Paster without there permission. He asked Lashawn Minter dont tell anybody (YEAH RIGHT). Zhibing Su is so SNEAKY he cant be trusted and he needs to go back to China and take that lame prostitue Jane Zhou with him. #5 Zhibing Su employed a guy named Ralph Snyder to work for him. He left his job to go and work for Sunrise only to be told a month later by Zhibing Su that if there is no more business generated that they would be closing down. How low of Zhibing Su. He knew he was having financial difficulties before he hired Ralph Snyder. He is so PATHETIC. #6 There was a guy named Ted who was a worker employed by Sany to work on the pump trucks and soon he was fired. Of course we all know the Chinese ALIEN Zhibing Su had something to do with it. Anyone who wants to get a piece of zhibing su. He lived in portabello apartments on livingston rd. He drives a white 4 door toyota camry. This guy ought to be ashamed of himself. #7 Lashawn Minter was fired by Zhibing Su and his reasons was financial difficulties but when she filed unemployment they told ther that Zhibing Su stated he never said that and that Sunrise was trying to sabatash her unemployment. They went ahead and paid her unemployment anyway. I bet Zhibing Su feels stupid now. Sunrise works with companies such as Advanced Koncrete Pumping Service Inc, Brundage-Bone & Blanchet Llc, Tobar, Guzman Construction Inc, Aggregate Industries, Chaney Enterprises, Aarons Concete, Guzman Construction, etc. I will notify all of the the concrete suppliers and pumpers and put a ad on concretepumpung.com.
