Charged my credit - debit card for something I have no idea what it is and cannot find a website or anything to cancel

Someone need's to find out who or what this person/company is. I can't find anything on them. These people are ripping others off and no one can find out anything on them. That is to include me. I can type in the e-mail address from my bank account and it goes straight to this website.
