Mr. John D. Klise is your regular slum-lord, deadbeat attorney, that uses and abuses the law to his benefit to make a profit. The Chicago Hosing authority has been chasing him around for a while now due to the fact that his properties are far below the acceptable standard for living conditions. Mr. Kilse purchases properties and forms and LLC around that property which will definitely be closed when it comes time to pay bills and compensate contractors that he was forced to hire to fix his properties.
