I recieved a phone call this morning at work. The number kept appearing on the caller id 941-961-8518.. They must have called 5 times back to back when I thought it had to be one of my customers and very important. When i picked up there was this man with a very thick accent and a lot f background noise. He started reading off my ssn when i realized this was a personal call. I asked to call him back and disconnected. When i tried to call that number back i got a verison wireless message that the number was inactive. He of course call back 5 mins later and I got the number above to callback 818-338-5046 this time i talked to ryan suppose to be the 1st guys manager. He started talking about a payday loan that i was never paid back when i told him i have never taken a payday loan and that the checking account number he was reading off to me was not open during the time he said the loan was taken out he started to threaten me with being arrested the following day for internet and check fraud. And stated i would be required to appear in court the following day. I told that the state law requires you to serve a summon for court 10 days prior to the court date he hung up on me. I am terrified he had my ssn, my checking account number, my address for home and work. I immediately contact my bank to block my account and now i think i need to file for identity theif.
