I went to this company to try and buy a moble home. I told them that i did not have a job at the present time, but that i was getting unemploment and would still be able to make my payment's they told me that it would not be a problem that they would be able to get me financed any way but that i would have to give a deposet to get thing's started. So i did and that is where the problem's started. So a week later they told me that they could not get me financed to come and get my deposet back so i drive the hour back to them thinking i was going to pick up my deposet up. And the till me that i was no going to get it right then that i would have to fill out a request to get it back. So i did, and they told me i wold have deposet back with in 3 days while 5 days later when i did not get.
I started trying to call them, to see what was gong on and they told me they would call and find out and call me right back and after doing that several times that day and not getting any answeres i called and asked ffor the main office's number. So i called the main office and asked what was going on with my refund, and they told me they new nothing about it. So the following day i drove back to the lot that i gave the deposet too. To try and find out what was gong on with my deposet and they told me that they forgot to fax the request to the main office and that i would have to wait another week because they only did refunds once a week.
So now i'm sitting hear waiting wondering what they will come up with the next time to try not give me my deposet back " so what ever you do stay away from this company thy will rip you off" they have 4 differnt lots thats with the same name. Aslo why i was sitting in the office telling them i was going to wait there antell i found out what was going on which i never did. I found ou that this is a on going pratice of theres because there was severl people calling to try and find out where the refund was at with the same kind of run around that i had ben getting on the phone "so stay away"
