Poor Craftsmenship

I'd them put a brand new concrete garage and pathway for me personally. It was suppose to truly have a stamped patern inside it. The initial finish of the concret was poor and also the stamped routine was really short. Brad arrived to spot it and place what appears like swirls within the packet design. Within 3 months there where breaks completely accross the garage and pathway. Brad stated he'd emerge and repair it but never did and quit addressing the telephone
