Was sent a check signed by Halliburton envelope had Vonage that was passed through Mellon Bank with no details or descriptions of intentions

Was sent a check signed by Halliburton envelope had Vonage that was passed through Mellon Bank with no details or descriptions of intentions. Had adjusted for aquired monies that had origanally thought to have been an Insurence check from previouse incident.

Check was deposited and promptly taken out with out immediate notice of actions from bank! Was charged several times for same return.
