I've tried calling to follow up on the magazine/book order for my grandchildren. I have ordered from young adults before and never had a problem receiving the items ordered, until now. I've tried calling all I get is vociemail with no return calls. Very frustrating to say the least... Won't buy magazines/books door to door again, unless they are right there to be handed to me!
