Jeff Beier is a SCAM artist and here is why.
After posting my diatribe about EQI LLC the SCAM loan modification company, I soon found out that Jeff Beier's name alone does not come up in the search engines. As mentioned before, EQI LLC as a loan modification company will most DEFINITELY crumble and Jeff Beier will do something else to wreck havoc to other unsuspecting people. Jeff Beier must be stopped.
I met Jeff Beier when I was "hired" by EQI LLC to do individual sales and marketing for loan modifications. EQI backed by Jeff's word were offering attorney based, 100% money back guaranteed loan modifications. He claimed that his company was the only loan modification organization offering premium service with a guarantee. He also claimed that the representatives were the best paid and that we would be paid every Friday if all documents for the loan modification clients were completed by Wednesday of that week.
NONE of the clients I have brought on board have had their loans modified to date. He owes me more than $5000 in commissions. The few commissions I did receive were weeks late and the only way I got them was because my vice president had to march into his office and demanded them for me, himself and some of the other agents.
Jeff Beier will say anything to get a sale. He told all the reps that all our loan modification clients would receive a "free" refinance when this economic crisis passes. He also told us that ALL clients were a candidate for loan modifications. He told each and every one of the clients over the phone how much the clients are a priority and that he would "personally handle" everything to make sure they were taken care of.
Jeff Beier not only will not "personally handle" anything but he tells hundreds of people how they are all priority. How can 100 people be a "priority?" Jeff Beier does not know how to do any work. He truly is the typical, run of the mill bad MLM leader who likes to do nothing yet get paid for everything. He in his own world thinks he's a VIP and that his "motivational" speeches will simply pump dollars into his pockets.
Unfortunately, loan modifications are A LOT different from Monavie fruit juice scams. (For the record: Had I known his background was in Monavie, I would NEVER, EVER, EVER have joined EQI!!!) Loan modifications require a lot of work and communications with the clients, which is about 70% of the workload. At the same time, he as a company owner needed to secure several if not MANY reputable real estate attorneys and processing centers to get the job done.instead, I think he had about one group called Diener Law Office. (They too are a "stellar" organization and can be found here on usacomplaints.com and many other complaint sites dedicated to them regarding loan modifications.)
Jeff Beier and company claimed that EQI had 30 attorney groups and 28 top negotiators to work on these loan modifications. He went so far to say that we would assign our clients to a certain attorney based on client's lender. (ie: If you have a Countrywide Mortgage, we would assign you to an attorney who only does Countrywide loan mods.) Jeff would encourage the reps to lie that we have relationships will ALL banks, even the smaller obscure ones to make a sale.in reality, we had ONE attorney group, Diener Law and they are even bigger scam artists than Jeff Beier.
When the "sh_ _ hits the fan" (excuse me for the implied expletive but this is the best way to describe situations that happen as a result of Jeff Beier), Jeff Beier will dodge all phone calls and you will be hard pressed to get a call back.

Supposedly the former was a "batline" as he liked to call it and that he promised that he would ALWAYS pick up, no matter what to be of service. Really Jeff? As in when you've got a case of the runs and you're in the middle of your "private" moment you're actually going to pick up? I sure hope not... in reality, he picked up that phone number a couple of times but MOST of the time, it went straight to voicemail. So much for "batline." If Jeff Beier was Batman, Gotham city would have gone straight to hell in a handbasket.
Jeff's propensity to lie is a direct result of his HIGH INCOMPETENCE. He likes to appear as if he knows what he is doing but he doesn't. He talks so well but he can't put things into action himself. I am so unhappy to have contributed to his fancy Cote De Caza lifestyle. I don't know how much he's going to be a role model to his quadruplets and the slew of other children he has. All from one woman, I'm not sure but this woman did good by NOT staying with him.
Jeff Beier has fine tuned the ability to legally steal from the little guys. Most anyone would agree that if a man robs you of anything, let alone over $5000 that he needs to either give it back or serve jail time. Unfortunately, neither has happened yet. NEVER EVER do business with this man. If you are with him now, run away as fast as you can and take others with you. Jeff does not deserve what he has and somehow he must be prevented from stealing again.
