I paid them 3 months ago. No service has ever been done. No calls and emails were to me unless i call them. Irvine California

Last chance dead line agreement was verbally given to ben the representative for may 13. And representative ben failed to reply on that day. Therefore, may 13 would be the date of termination. Representatives from flm law center failed to perform loan modification service for us after we paid full attorney fee since feb 12. Flm law center had failed to reply my emails and calls, lost my files, failed to update me with any progress and failed to get any contact with my loan company.
