Bank of America took off a $148.00 previously posted transaction and moved it to another day, several days later, supposely at the vendors request. I contacted the vendor and was told this is not true. I check my balance online daily and had seen that it was already posted. Several days later I went into the bank and withdrew $80.00... Only after asking the teller how much cash was available for withdrawal. He told he $82.17. I withdrew $80.00. My social security check went in that night at 12:01am. But... They decided to post back that $148.00 to my account that same day. Thus generating four $35.00 overdraft fees. This is the first time this has happened. I had them do this once before taking off a charge from IHOP and posting it again 30 yes 30 days later! I asked for proof that the vendor asked for this to be done and they cannot give me proof. The vendor says they didn't do that. I call this a ripp off by Bank of America. Charging you for something that they cannot give you proof for!!! I want a class action lawsuit.
