Offered a $7,500 online shopping spree and took my debit card number and ssn Uniontown Pennsilvania

USA Credit told me that I won a $7,500 online shopping spree and a free grocery gift card. They said that whatever money I spent would be added to build my credit.in order to register me to the Federal Credit Beurau, they asked me for my SSN and also asked for my debit card number.
