Willoughby Post Office
My package was delivered, scanned but I was never notified, no note, no key. The superviser said "I am sorry" It has just disappeared

I ordered a pair of shoes for a very special occation. They were delivered (I have proof) but I was never notified. I asked every day... No note, no box key. Then the supervisor was on vacation... Another 7 days. When he returned he said he would search the facility. He said I am so sorry but the box is just not here anymore. $254.00 shoes. Gone. When I asked about talking to the postmaster of willoughby, on Erie street, I was told that I couldn't get in there.
