Every single time I make a call, they keep taking more than what they are suppose to off of the cash balance, and more minute's off of my minute pack than what they are suppose to. I check my account balance after I do the calculation's on my call's and discover them taking way more than what they are suppose to. Then I allway's end up calling them up on their customer service number (888-322-1122) every single day and complain about it, and they end up only putting a portion back on the phone instead of the amount they are suppose to, to replace the over charge they made. It makes me feel like they can't even calculate right. I am getting ready to take their virgin mobile phone back to the store and find a different pay as you go phone that has better rate's, and better service. I am fed up with them.
