Received a phone call soliciting my interest in a web site affiliation. From Kevin...?? Of Desert Vista Financial.

I told him i was not interested I had been ripped off by another scondrel in AZ.

He said, I can help you! Get your money back... I said? How so? He gave me a spiel that was pure BS. I said no thanks... I'll handle it..

Last week, I received a letter from Desert Vista Financial requesting my signature and Credit card number... I crossed out the space for CC #. And returned the letter with the notation: "What are you going to do for me for XX hundred dollars...???"."

I mailed the letter back on May 12th, '09..

On approx. May 13th or 14th, I recieved a priority mail package from Desert Vista. I have not opened it and will return it standard rate mail on Sat
May 24th.

I suspect they have tried to process my cc card...
