I paid $119.99 to startraffic.net to have my email message sent out to 50,000 targeted optin emails, but all I got where 630 redirected hits to my website. All the hits where less then 30 seconds, enter and exited on the same page and there were no sales. Stats said I'm sure they used a program to click on my site instead of sending an email to real live people. There would have been varied time spend if real people where clicking on the link in the email they said they sent out.
These guys are a waste of money, and if you think pay pal will protect you... Not, they declined my refund because startraffice.net did give me some kind of service. Doesn't matter that it was a rip-off.
They don't give you any stats, they do answer the phone but the guy has an accent and is hard to understand so this company is probably not even in the US like they say. Don't deal with them, you will just waste your money.
