Hello my name is Tanya. I became a customer of the Universal Business Strategies (The Making Money Package) in the month of October. I purchased the making money package for $39.95 and I asked for the rush delivery. The total price was $69.95.

I recieved the program in a week. A repsentive from USB called me the next week. His name was Ken, this was my advertising network consultant. Ken told me about program that Don Lapre had on the various 900 line services. The programs sounded interesting.

I purchased the dateline and the chatline service for a total of $400.00. I was told I would recieve a free website. The advertising consultant called me the next week and told me the website I needed to advertise the dateline service is not the free website. He said that USB can design one for $300.

All theses programs came with a 30 day money back garunitee. First off it took USB 40 days to make the site. When I saw the site. I was totally disappointed, I mean I could have personally design the site myself. This site was not worth money.

The site design was tacky. I called USB to ask for a refund in febuary. Ken told me that Quality Management Department will call me in 5 to 7 days to give instructions on getting my refund. I did not hear from USB and I called back. I was told by Ken that he submitted my request to recieve a refund. I then get a call from Gale another rep, and she asked me why I wanted a refund for the website. I explained to her I was not satisfied with the end product and she told me she submitt my request to the quality management deapartment. I asked her I how long will it take for my refund to go back into my account. She said one week. After a week still no refund. I called USB back and a rep told me I needed to to talk straight to the Quality Management Department.

The Quality Management Department told me that I needed the customer profile reciept and write on the reciept that I wanted a refund and fax to the Quality Management Department. I did this and I call the Quality Managemnt Department to make sure they recieved the fax. They recieved the fax and I asked how long will it take for my refund to be credit back to my checking account and they said 30 days. It now the month of May, I still have not recieved my refund. I have been calling and all I get is a busy signal or wrong number.

Warning!!! This company does not deal with thier customers honestly, I have lost a considerable amount of money. I need to know how I can recoop my money back.
