I made a $1500 deposit on a wire stripping machine and about two weeks later the balance of $4500 was requested which we overnighted on 4/28/09. And we were told that our machine was shiped on the 4/30/09. Well that was about 3 weeks ago, we still have no machine every time we talk to Jim Sedlacek (I believe he is the owner) the answer is the same, he feins exasperation and says he will call the trucking company and call me back in 5-10 min yet he never does and he can't or won't provide a tracking #. It appears that rigby Industries is in fraud busness not the manufacturing business.
