We thought we had a good faith estimate from this company prior to move. After putting our household goods in their van they never mentioned the extra charge for the supplies they used (w/o our okay). We didn't learn about the extra charges until we were on the road to the new location. When we arrived at the new location they presented us with a bill that basically doubled their estimate. They wanted full payment before unloading and their didn't show us the weight ticket to confirm the extra charge for weight. They didn't want to deal with us and took our goods to a storage facility until we pay them in full. Now they are threatening us with an additional storage costs. I tried to talk to someone higher in the food chain on monday but no one called us back. This morning I talked to the person that we argued with on a prior Saturday and I was told she is the highest person I can talk to... Big help! The Los Angeles BB has this company rated "F" for their business practices. They need to be put out of business!
